What we collect
We only collect information we need to respond to you and provide services. This may include:
- names and contact details
- NDIS plan management type and services of interest
- information you choose to share in a message or referral letter
- health and disability information needed to provide services, collected with your consent
How we collect it
We collect information directly from you, or from people you've asked to act for you, such as a family member, support coordinator, plan manager or health professional. We collect it through our website forms, by phone, by email and in person.
Our general enquiry form asks you not to include detailed health information. We'll collect sensitive information securely once we're working with you.
How we use it
- to respond to enquiries and referrals
- to plan and provide our services
- to manage service agreements, invoicing and claims
- to handle feedback and complaints
- to meet our legal and NDIS obligations
We don't sell your information or use it for marketing without your consent.
Who we share it with
We only share your information with your consent, or where the law allows or requires it — for example with the NDIA, your plan manager, or the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission.
How we store and protect it
Information sent through our website, including referral letters, is stored in a secure, access-controlled system. Only authorised EK Healthcare staff can view it. Files are kept private and are not publicly accessible. We keep records for as long as the law requires and then securely destroy them.
To protect our forms from spam we use Google reCAPTCHA, which is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. Email notifications about your enquiry are sent through Zoho ZeptoMail using its Australian data centre.
Accessing or correcting your information
You can ask to see or correct the information we hold about you by emailing hello@ekhc.com.au.
